Starting Salary: Depending on experience.
Ongoing Reviews: Following the initial 6-month review, salary will be reviewed annually based on a formal appraisal structure written and signed off by Andy Minchin, Executive Chef.

Operational Responsibilities
- Manage and support kitchen operations across all events and services.
- Deliver consistently high standards in food quality, presentation, and execution.
- Support logistics, including event setup and unloading/loading where required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain organisation, structure, and cleanliness across all working environments.

- Uphold and represent the standards and reputation of Paisley Flour Catering at all times.
- Be reliable, punctual, and fully prepared for all shifts and events.
- Take full accountability for your section, your team, and your output.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and leadership.

- Maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards without exception.

Work Conditions
- Long and sometimes unpredictable shifts.
- Increased demand during peak seasons and summer periods.

This role requires resilience, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Please note there is a 3 month probation period, this may be extended up to 6 months if required. A formal review will take place at the end of the probation period.
