What you’ll do
- Respond promptly to customer emails, webchats, and phone enquiries
- Assist customers at the trade counter and handle orders, quotes, and payments
- Process orders, cancellations, amendments, and returns accurately
- Stock checks, deliveries, and warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and moving stock
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain a tidy trade counter and stockroom environment
- Handle product advice, quality complaints, damages, and refunds
- Support online account setup and process proof of deliveries and invoice queries
- Assist with inbound stock arrivals and prepare shipments for courier collection
