Confidential Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager

We’re exclusively supporting a small manufacturing group based along the M42 corridor in the appointment of a Supply Chain Manager.

This is a broad, hands‑on position with a strong focus on subcontractor services, combining procurement, tender management, supplier relationship management and logistics across the group. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the business has a high performing external supply chain capable of supporting operational delivery and future growth.

We’re looking for an experienced supply chain professional who ideally brings:

• Experience within manufacturing (essential) with a preference for experience in regulated sectors such as aerospace, automotive, defence or similar.
• Strong experience managing subcontractor services and supplier relationships.
• Procurement, sourcing and tender management expertise.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience balancing procurement, supplier management and logistics responsibilities.

This is a full‑time, site‑based position with no hybrid or home working available.
