Responsibilities

  • Medius is building an AI-native Product Marketing team, and this is a core role within it
  • Reporting to the SVP, Product Marketing, you will own positioning, launches, and the sales-facing bill of materials for a defined part of the Medius portfolio — turning product into clear, compelling narratives that win with finance and procurement teams
  • You will work across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive GTM execution
  • AI is central to how we work
  • You will use it to scale your output and sharpen your thinking, not to replace the judgement that makes great product marketing

  • We turn product into narrative that lands with finance and procurement teams
  • We partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing on positioning, launches, and the go-to-market bill of materials

  • Claude is your daily tool, alongside Microsoft Copilot across the M365 stack
  • You can structure prompts, iterate quickly, and refine outputs to a high standard
  • You use AI to accelerate thinking and research, not just to produce content
  • You help build AI-native ways of working that lift the whole team
  • Own positioning and messaging for a defined product area, from strategy through to market-facing assets
  • Lead product launches, translating capabilities into outcome-led narratives that Sales can use
  • Build the sales bill of materials that wins pitch decks, battlecards, cheat sheets, and competitive plays
  • Run competitive and market research, using AI to go faster and deeper
  • Develop reusable prompts, workflows, and content systems that scale the whole team’s output
  • At 6 months: you own positioning and launches for your area, and Sales is actively using the assets you produce
  • At 12 months: you have measurably improved the speed and quality of Product Marketing output, and built workflows the team relies on

Qualifications

  • High curiosity, speed, and an ownership mindset
  • Exceptional written English and the ability to simplify complex topics into sharp narrative
  • Enterprise GTM experience, ideally in finance, fintech, or a technical and complex product
  • A track record of working closely with Sales and Product to drive measurable outcomes
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with experience owning positioning or launches for a product or segment
