The Role
Seeking a patient and proactive ASD Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 7‑18 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small‑group support, helping pupils with autism access learning, follow routines and develop communication skills. The role involves using visual supports, supporting sensory regulation, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, structured and supportive learning environment.
