This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced complex‑care Nurse who thrives in the community and enjoys leading others to deliver exceptional standards of care.

Requirements

• Current complex care experience
• Community nursing background
• Confident tracheostomy skills
• Strong clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff
• Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized care plans
• A collaborative, positive approach and commitment to supporting colleagues
• Full driving licence and access to your own car
