School IT Technician — Tech Support & Career Growth

Hampton School IT Services is seeking an IT Technician to provide reliable first and second‑line support across the School, including staff and pupils. You will help maintain classroom technology and contribute to ongoing IT improvements in an educational environment.

You will work with the Lead IT Technician and IT Service Manager to follow procedures, document issues and escalate when needed. The role offers exposure to enterprise technologies and a broad technical knowledge base.
