A leading diversified and global bank with a strong balance sheet is seeking an in-house counsel for its London office. The postholder will advise on a range of lending transactions whilst supporting the business meet its strategic objectives. Working as part of a small legal team, the role offers excellent variety and to be part of an organisation well placed for growth and expansion over the coming years. The company operates a hybrid working structure and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified lawyer with circa 4 years PQE
• Banking and finance background
• Some previous leveraged finance experience
• A team player with the ability to provide stakeholders with effective and commercial legal advice
