HV Electrical Design Engineer

6 month contract, Outside IR35, Hybrid – North West

Essential requirements

• Experience in electrical engineering design within power, BESS or Solar projects
• Strong understanding of UK electrical standards and utility interface requirements
• Experience producing and reviewing technical design documentation and calculations
• Ability to support projects from early-stage design through to construction and handover
• Experience working with contractors, engineers and wider project teams

Desirable

• Experience within substations, power distribution or high voltage environments
• Background in energy, utilities or large-scale industrial projects
• Familiarity with electrical design tools and engineering software
