Area Technician – Reliability & Continuous Improvement

Arla Foods in Lockerbie is seeking an Area Technician to join the Operations team. You will act as the technical expert for your LCO area, driving equipment reliability, eliminating losses and supporting operational performance.

You will work with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to deliver sustainable improvements, lead structured problem-solving, and coach frontline teams to build technical capability.
