Associate Director – Project Management
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director – Project Management to join one of the UK’s leading healthcare consultancy based in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of complex healthcare capital projects while growing an established Project Management team. You’ll work closely with key public and private sector clients, delivering projects that make a genuine difference to healthcare environments and patient outcomes.
Role
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of major healthcare capital projects and programmes across the full project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities

- etion. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic Project Management expe
- rtise. Building and developing long-term client relation
- ships. Supporting business development activities, bids and tender submis
- sions. Identifying opportunities for repeat business and helping to grow the Project Management se
- rvice. Mentoring and developing Project Managers within the Birmingham
- team. Leading project governance, programme reporting and stakeholder eng
- ement. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project out
About you
We’re looking for an experienced Project Management professional with the following background.
