Derby Part-Time Banking Customer Experience Advisor

Santander UK plc. is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor based at the Derby MP Branch. The role is 17.5 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.

You will be the first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone, handling transactions, queries and delivering exceptional service. You will build relationships, support customers with products and services, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
