Remote 3rd Line IT Support: Apps & Infrastructure

Ascent People Ltd in the East Midlands is seeking a 3rd line IT support specialist with strong system administration, application support and infrastructure knowledge to support a UK-wide customer base.

You will provide 3rd line support for application and infrastructure issues, configure, deploy and maintain software across the organisation, and manage remote customers with an on-call rotation (1 in 5). The role leverages Windows Server, SQL Server, SCCM and related technologies.
