Service Engineer – Door Entry/Access Control
A genuinely exciting opportunity with a leading provider of door entry, access control and warden call systems. The role is based in the Kent area and requires coverage of the surrounding territory.
Location and Working Hours
Candidates will reside in Ilford, Enfield, Brentwood area and will cover the surrounding area as a territory. Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be on a call‑out rota (once through probation) one week out of every five and will be paid additionally for that time.
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary between £33,000 and £42,000 (depending on experience). On‑target earnings are approximately £48 k+. Overtime is earned most days from departure to return. Benefits include 20 days annual leave, company pension, a company van, and additional training if needed.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to service calls throughout the Kent area. Fault‑find and repair door entry systems, access control systems and warden call systems.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Engineer with door entry, access control or warden call systems. Full driving licence required.
