Strategic Information Security Leader

Mills & Reeve is seeking a senior information and cyber security leader to shape and drive the firm’s strategy, embedding a security‑first culture across all teams. You will manage the ISMS, maintain ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, and oversee policies, audits, testing and compliance.

You will act as a trusted advisor, reporting to the CTO and liaising with executives to protect information assets and strengthen security across the organisation.
