Duties include:Providing day-to-day care and emotional supportSupporting individuals with daily living activities (meal prep, personal care, routines)Promoting independence and choiceAssisting with community access and social activitiesMaintaining accurate records and reporting any concernsFollowing safeguarding and health & safety proceduresPay & Benefits £13.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on shift & experience)Flexible shifts days, nights, weekends availableWork available across Belfast and surrounding areasOngoing work with the potential for long-term placementsFull training and induction provided24/7 support from our dedicated teamWeekly payWhat were looking for Minimum 36 months experience in a care/support role (preferred but not essential)A caring, reliable and professional attitudeStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to complete an Access NI check (we can assist)Why join us?
