Care Home Maintenance & Facilities Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance at one of our care homes to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment where residents feel at home. You will lead a maintenance team and work with the General Manager on annual budget planning.

You will fix a range of issues, from small repairs to coordinating with contractors, and you will need hands-on trade skills, IT literacy, and a full UK driving license. GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
