Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for the migration of unstructured data from personal (P) drives and team (T) drives on the on-premises estate to Microsoft 365 elements – Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support, administration and maintenance for Microsoft365 collaboration technologies, with a focus on Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Monitor and maintain the core Microsoft365 environment to ensure services remain secure, stable and effective for Liverpool City Council staff.
  • Support colleagues through knowledge sharing, clear documentation and practical guidance to encourage the safe and consistent use of Microsoft365 services.
  • Contribute to the secure handling and governance of data across Microsoft365.
  • Deliver a fixed‑term 12‑month role to support the delivery of the UnstructuredData Migration Programme.
