NDA Fraud File Handler – Litigation & Strategy

Davies is seeking a driven NDA Litigated Fraud File Handler to join our Bolton team. You will manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files for insurance clients, working closely with Lead Lawyers to achieve commercially sound results.

The role demands a forensic, analytical approach, commercial awareness, and the ability to decide within defined timeframes. 35 hours/week, Bolton HQ, with agile office attendance.
