Job Description:
Barchester Care Home is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure facilities, gardens and resident areas are safe, clean, and welcoming. You will lead the in-house maintenance team, manage urgent repairs, and work with the General Manager on budget planning.
This role requires hands-on maintenance, at least one trade skill, a full UK driving licence, IT literacy and reliable, flexible hours. You will coordinate with contractors for specialist work while prioritising resident wellbeing.
