Permitting & Compliance Lead – FM Operations (Shift)

Manchester Arndale is seeking a Permit Officer to manage the client Permitting System and ensure compliance with legal guidelines. Responsibilities include overseeing contractor work, conducting audits, and preparing management reports. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in health and safety and excellent communication skills.
