Salary & Working Hours

• £27,844 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full‑time: 8:30 am–6 pm weekdays, 9 am–5 pm one in four Saturdays

Training

• Purpose‑built training location
• Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
• Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
• Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of training (including breakfast, lunch and an evening meal)

Responsibilities

• Book and conduct property inspections
• Negotiate tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
• Handle deposit returns
• Resolve rental arrears
• Process eviction requests
• Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage complaints
• Complete all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports

Driving Requirements

• Valid Full UK Driving Licence
