Technical Analyst

Contract Technical Analyst (Data Platform) | Up to £570 per day | London (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

We’re looking for a Technical Analyst with a strong software engineering background to join a team responsible for a large scale, cloud based enterprise data platform. This is a highly technical role, not a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position, and would suit someone who has moved from Java Development or Software Engineering into Technical Analysis.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements while supporting a modern event driven data platform and a major cloud migration programme.

What you’ll need

• Experience working on enterprise data platforms.
• SQL, DBT and BigQuery.
• Apache Kafka or Google Pub/Sub.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working alongside software engineering teams.

Nice to have

• AWS.
• Snowflake.
