Position Overview

Shaw healthcare is seeking a Residential Team Leader at Wylesfield. The role involves leading a committed care team, ensuring high standards of service, and using advanced care technology to enhance resident support.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents, family members and external health professionals.
• Ensure families and friends feel welcomed and informed.
• Keep line manager updated on residents’ needs and progress.
• Follow guidelines and policies accurately.
• Prepare and review care plans, maintaining quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organized and a strong team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Completed or working towards a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
