Head of Digital Lab & Strategic Partnerships

National Highways is recruiting a Principal Lab Manager to shape the Digital Lab’s connected services and drive high-value B2B partnerships with external organisations, aligning product roadmaps with RIS goals and ensuring offerings are commercially robust and user‑centred.

This hybrid UK role requires two office days weekly and regular travel to collaborate with the team, while you oversee governance, budgeting and risk management to unlock value from our data assets.
