Primary Pupil Engagement Assistants (X2)

We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Pupil Engagement Assistants to join a welcoming school in central Bristol this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in both their learning and engagement within the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis to encourage engagement and participation
- Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help manage behaviour and promote positive relationships
- Provide additional support to pupils with varying needs, including those with SEN
- Encourage confidence, resilience, and a love of learning

Qualifications
- Experience working with children (school experience desirable but not essential)
- A patient, proactive, and positive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and engage with young learners
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
