Facilities & Workspace Coordinator — London

Financial Ombudsman is seeking a Facilities Officer for on-site work at Exchange Tower, London. The role focuses on creating a safe, well-equipped workplace and supporting colleagues both on-site and remotely as needed.

You will lead maintenance tasks, manage meeting rooms, and act as a fire marshal to ensure safe evacuations. The role requires experience in building maintenance, health and safety, and strong communication, with good IT skills and familiarity with helpdesk systems.
