Job Description

Technical Services Trainee (2yr FTC) – Belfast – Start date: September 2026.

As a Trainee at Fujitsu you will be allocated to an Early Career role stream and receive training in platform support and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive networking infrastructure training through our specialist training provider.
• Gain Level 3 Networking Infrastructure certification.
• Attend Belfast Met one day a week while earning.
• Support large‑scale infrastructure platforms including OS management, cloud management, enterprise backup management and storage management.
• Participate in incident management and planned change processes.
• Work across multiple customer accounts in the private and public sector.
• Carry out routine support tasks, administrative functions, problem investigations and resolutions.
• Provide advice and guidance to customers.
• Support Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Develop an understanding of customer environments and service delivery requirements.
• Listen to and understand basic customer problems.
• Understand escalation processes and elevate issues as necessary to meet service level agreements.
• Work as a team player.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 A‑Level (grade A‑C) or Level 3 BTEC Qualification (MMM or above).
• 5 GCSEs (grade A‑C including English and Maths) or equivalent.
