Job Description
Lead and grow the outbound function at Humaans as a player‑coach. You will manage a team of four SDRs while carrying your own pipeline target, setting the standard for AI‑native prospecting and high‑quality cold calling. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you’ll build the playbooks that define our GTM success.

What You Will Do
- Manage and develop a team of four SDRs through live call coaching, joint prospecting, and setting the standard for AI‑assisted outreach workflows.
- Carry a personal pipeline target for high‑priority accounts, using AI‑driven research to personalize outreach at scale and accelerate speed‑to‑lead.
- Design and iterate on sequencing and messaging strategies, running outbound experiments across new verticals to identify what drives conversion.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of outbound sales experience with at least 2 years specifically managing or leading a BDR/SDR team in B2B SaaS.
- Proven cold calling pedigree with a history of carrying phone‑based quotas and the ability to coach others on technical conviction and rapport.
- Deep expertise in modern outbound stacks, including Clay, Claude, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a philosophy on layering AI into daily operations.
