Requirements

  • Proven hands‑on experience optimizing Salesforce platform performance.
  • Apex development experience.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL query optimization.
  • Experience troubleshooting CPU timeouts and governor limit issues.
  • Experience addressing slow UI and component rendering.
  • Experience diagnosing integration latency.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform limits, and performance considerations.
  • Experience working in large, highly customized enterprise Salesforce environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and data operations.
  • Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, batch jobs, triggers, and asynchronous processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end performance analysis using developer tools and monitoring frameworks.
  • Identify and resolve high CPU usage, long‑running transactions, and inefficient data models.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues within highly customized Salesforce environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring failures and performance degradation.
  • Work closely with support teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Recommend sustainable, long‑term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability, efficiency, and overall platform performance.
  • Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and organizational coding standards.
  • Enforce Salesforce development standards and performance guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Identify technical debt and drive remediation initiatives.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, design patterns, and platform improvements.
  • Collaborate with architects, technical leads, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to support project delivery.
  • Support performance testing, critical releases, and production deployments.
  • Assist in defining performance benchmarks and service level expectations (SLAs).
