The Opportunity

A high-growth, Private Equity backed Healthcare & Technology business is seeking an exceptional Group FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance function in London.

With revenues exceeding £400m, EBITDA margins of c.30%, and a highly acquisitive growth strategy, the business is entering a pivotal stage of its evolution as it works towards a targeted exit transaction within the next two years. Operating at the forefront of innovation within its sector, the organisation continues to push the boundaries of capability, data utilisation, and commercial performance across the industry.

This opportunity offers exposure rarely found at this level. Reporting directly into a dynamic, high-energy and progressive Director of FP&A / Finance Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the Board, investors, wider Senior Leadership Team, and operational business unit leaders, playing a key role in shaping strategic decision‑making across the Group.

The Role

The Group FP&A Manager will be instrumental in elevating the quality and sophistication of the finance function’s output. The business is looking to refresh and modernise its approach to data, board reporting, financial modelling, commercial initiatives, and investor presentations, making this an ideal role for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, transformation‑led environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Group FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance analysis.
  • Developing high‑quality financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, scenario analysis, and value creation planning.
  • Enhancing Board packs, investor reporting, and executive‑level financial presentations.
  • Driving commercial insight across the organisation through improved analytics and data storytelling.
  • Supporting M&A activity, integration projects, and wider strategic finance initiatives.
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across finance and operations to influence decision‑making.
  • Helping shape the future finance capability of the business through process improvement, automation, and technology adoption.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic background and a combination of Transaction Services and industry FP&A experience. Candidates coming from a Transaction Services background with outstanding modelling capability and strong commercial acumen will be particularly well suited.

The business is also actively embracing AI‑enabled finance capabilities and is currently rolling out Claude licences across the organisation. Prior experience using Claude or other AI tools within a commercial or finance environment would be highly advantageous, although equally important is a genuine appetite for how AI can transform business performance, decision‑making, and finance operations.

This role would suit an ambitious, intellectually curious individual looking to operate in a high‑performance environment with significant exposure, influence, and career progression potential ahead of a likely exit event.

A highly competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package is on offer.
