Checkatrade, the UK’s leading home-improvement marketplace, seeks a Senior BPO Operations Specialist for a 12-month maternity cover. You will bridge Checkatrade with key partners, ensuring forecasting, reporting and quality frameworks run smoothly.

You will own monthly forecasting, invoice reconciliation, QA dashboards in Tableau, and the creation of SOWs with Procurement. You’ll present data in weekly reviews and help roll out strategic initiatives to boost retention and operational excellence.
