Lead Bid Manager, 2nd Stage (PCSA) – Construction

Wates Group is recruiting a Bid Manager to lead the 2nd stage/PCSA process in the West Region (Manchester or Birmingham). You will work across Design, Commercial and Delivery teams to shape buildable, value-driven solutions and secure contracts.

The role focuses on transitioning from preferred bidder to contract award, managing risk and ensuring momentum with strong client engagement. Applicants should have Tier One/Two bid experience and MOJ project exposure where possible.
