Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead on the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of a portfolio of ESTAR programmes
• Oversee and support Project Coordinators to effectively deliver and coordinate ESTAR programmes
• Work closely with delivery partners, accommodation providers, and other services to build capacity and ensure employment and skills provision is accessible
• Collaborate with DWP and local housing authorities to support individuals transitioning from unemployment into sustainable employment
• Identify and coordinate appropriate support across a wide range of needs
• Identify gaps in employment support provision and develop new schemes and approaches

Requirements

• Experience in line management and supporting team development
• Can plan and organise varied workloads, managing competing priorities
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present information clearly
• Analyse and present complex data clearly
• Working knowledge of employment and skills support particularly for vulnerable people
