Engineering Standards & Capability Lead

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking an Engineering Capability Lead – Standards, providing hands-on support for the shaping and governance of engineering standards in a hybrid role. This position will involve defining and evolving a standards framework crucial for safe SMR design.

You’ll work closely with various stakeholders, driving the adoption of standards across engineering. A degree in Engineering or considerable relevant experience is required, alongside strong expertise in engineering standards and regulatory alignment.

The salary ranges between £60,000 to £78,750, supplemented by a competitive benefits package and a flexible working environment.
