Salary £25,255 – £27,373 per annum (£12,627 – £13,686 per annum if part time)

We’re looking for passionate and proactive Placement & Employment Coaches to support students into meaningful industry experiences across Construction Trades and Building Services.
Funded through the Construction Industry Placement Fund, these are exciting, high-impact roles where you’ll work directly with learners and curriculum teams to ensure more students access high-quality work placements—helping them take their first steps into rewarding careers.
What you’ll be doing
Coach and support students to prepare for, secure, and succeed in industry placements
Work closely with curriculum teams to align placements with learning outcomes
Coordinate and monitor placements, ensuring strong attendance, engagement, and progress
Build relationships with employers to support student opportunities and experiences
Provide ongoing guidance and pastoral support to ensure every learner gains confidence, skills, and real-world insight.
