The Role

You will sit at the heart of the member experience, combining expertise, presence and commercial awareness.

You will:

• Deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions

n

• Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to each member’s goals and lifestyle

n

• Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term engagement and results

n

• Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals

n

• Create standout fitness experiences that elevate the club environment

n

• Collaborate with club teams to deliver a seamless, premium member journey

n

• Track progress and continuously evolve your approach to maximise impact

• Represent Virgin Active with energy, credibility and professionalism

Expert or Elite — Where Do You Fit?

We are hiring across both levels, with clear progression pathways.

Expert Personal Trainer

n

n
• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent

n

• Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base

n

n

Elite Personal Trainer

n

n
• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification

n

• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification

n

• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level
