Store Shift Lead — Lead the Day, Elevate Customer Experience

B&Q Wednesbury is seeking a part-time Shift Lead (16 or 20 hours per week) to operate across early morning to late evening shifts. The role is a 6‑month fixed-term contract covering secondment with a strong likelihood of permanency.
