Quality Leader – Infrastructure for Submarines

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Head of Quality (Infrastructure) – Submarines in Derby. Hybrid working arrangement with leadership across Quality strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance within the Submarines business. Experience in Defence/Nuclear sectors and major capital projects is essential.

You will drive quality initiatives, develop capability within teams, and ensure alignment with business strategy, customer needs, and safety culture across suppliers and operations.
