HR Process Improvement Lead

Harrods is seeking a People Process & Continuous Improvement Consultant to shape how HR processes work across the employee lifecycle. You will own, design, and optimise core HR processes for efficiency, user experience, and compliance, working with HR, IT, and Payroll to embed best practice.

You will lead cross-functional teams, sponsor continuous improvement initiatives, and use Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Hybrid work is available, with on-site and home-working options per policy.
