Ascent People Ltd on behalf of a global software house is seeking a 1st/2nd Line Software Support Analyst in Derby, East Midlands. You will work on a busy helpdesk, prioritising calls and resolving issues where possible.

Experience with ERP software (Dynamics, SAP, Navision), Visual Studio, SQL Server and MS Windows is desirable; ITIL qualification is a plus. Salary is up to £27k with cross training and strong career opportunities.
