Retail Store Ambassador – Customer Experience

JD Group in Birmingham is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will greet customers, help them find products, maintain displays, and ensure stock is replenished and presented to high standards.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, communicate clearly, adapt to busy periods, weekends and evenings, and contribute to a welcoming, on-brand store environment. This role also offers development opportunities and employee discounts across JD brands.
