Design Manager — Lead Wastewater Projects (Hybrid)

Sweco is seeking a Design Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team (£110 million portfolio) delivering wastewater treatment projects. The role focuses on phosphorus removal, storm overflow reduction and future growth using a holistic, place-based approach.

You will manage engineering plans, drive innovation and champion sustainability while ensuring CDM compliance and strong leadership across a 15–20 person team.
