Operations Director – HR Revenue Streams 80-85K

Responsibilities
- Lead the global HR & payroll division to deliver customer‑service excellence.
- Improve operational services and commercial offerings by exploring new revenue streams.
- Develop short‑ and long‑term strategy for the department.
- Manage the department’s financial aspects, including expense control, cost management and sales growth.
- Drive profitable growth and oversee the transformation programme for the HRO service.
- Lead and develop a large team (100+ employees) of HR & payroll service providers.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a large HR & payroll team with ultimate responsibility for 100+ employees.
- Customer‑focused leadership with a track record in improving operational service quality.
- Strategic and commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
