CRM Transformation Lead | Senior Business Analyst & Delivery

WildBrain CPLG in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead CRM and adjacent workstreams within the Digital Transformation program. You will focus on business analysis, process re-engineering and ensuring CRM aligns with optimized workflows and clear requirements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end process discovery, current-state mapping, design of future-state processes, workshops with stakeholders and maintaining the requirements backlog, reporting to the Program Lead.
