Remote Japanese Speaking Support Specialist (Temp)

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking 4 Japanese-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a temporary project supporting a data breach response. The role is hybrid from Ringwood or London and will move to remote work as shifts change.

You will handle inbound calls from Japanese-speaking customers, provide empathetic support, and use approved FAQs. Training is provided prior to taking calls. Shift patterns include day and night slots.
