11828 – 28 hour – Qualified Pharmacy Assistant – Permanent Contract
Overview
We are looking to recruit a 28 hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at branch 528 located at 5 Bridge End, Chester Le Street, DH3 3RE.
Shift Pattern
- Tuesday 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
Responsibilities
As a Qualified Pharmacy Assistant, you will assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers, specifically supporting the dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
Additional responsibilities include receiving prescriptions, handing out prescription items and assisting with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential; skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are required.
The successful candidate must have great people skills, work as part of a well-established team and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
