Tax – People Advisory Services (PAS), Integrated Mobility Team (IMT) Global Engagement Consultant – Job Description
Our People Advisory Services (PAS) business focuses on people management. In the Mobility practice, we help clients manage compliance, reporting and risks of a globally mobile workforce.
As a Global Engagement Consultant (GEC), you will work alongside Senior Consultants and Management, providing day‑to‑day support to coordinate and manage countries across the EY network. You will ensure Global Mobility services are delivered and that agreed KPIs/SLAs are met efficiently and cost‑effectively. The role includes support for both globally coordinated accounts and UK Tax compliance engagements, focusing on non‑technical compliance elements.
Your key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day delivery of positive relationships with EY teams.
- Support delivery of services and reporting within the scope of detailed service agreements and against agreed KPIs/SLAs.
- Support financial performance of a client portfolio.
- Support development of client engagements through process enhancements and engagement improvements.
- Continuous learning and personal development.
