We are hiring Key Account Development Managers to support the expansion of our European data center business, with dedicated coverage for Central Europe and Northern Europe.
This position focuses on developing strategic key accounts, managing large-scale data center projects, and expanding regional sales networks, with a strong emphasis on power equipment and transformer-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the data center market, building and managing key accounts to achieve regional sales targets
Research market intelligence including regulations, competitor activities, and industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations
Lead the full commercial lifecycle, including customer engagement, bidding, negotiations, contract signing, and order execution
Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, forums, and customer events to strengthen brand visibility
Maintain long-term customer relationships, coordinate after-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
3+ years of experience in key account sales, business development, or B2B sales
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience in the data center industry is highly preferred
Knowledge of transformers, power equipment, or electrical systems is a strong plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
Candidates with an electrical engineering or related technical background may also be considered, even at an early career stage, provided they demonstrate strong commercial potential and learning ability
