Group Chief Executive
We are now seeking an outstanding Group Chief Executive to lead the next stage of our development.
You will provide leadership across the Group and work closely with the Chair, Boards, executive teams, staff and partners to deliver the next stage of its development.
You will lead the Group through an increasingly challenging operating environment, ensuring that quality of care, operational performance and financial stewardship remain at the heart of decision making.
You will represent the Group within the wider health and care system, building effective relationships with NHS partners, local authorities, universities and other stakeholders across the region.
You will lead the advancement of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across the Group, embedding inclusive leadership and tackling inequity in outcomes and experience.
